Completed the negotiations for the purchase of the ELEXSO brand, including all projects of sorting machines and spare parts inventory by the also manufacturer of electronic sorters, SANMAK INDÚSTRIA DE MÁQUINAS S/A.

May/2006 was the beginning of the technology and know-how transition process and also the enlargement of the manufacturing plant designed to start the fabrication of the models that used to be manufactured by ELEXSO Vision Technology GmbH. The estimated time for completing this transition shall be until the second quarter of 2007.
